In 2021 a nine-room dollhouse was gifted to the Tuck Museum by a lifelong resident of Hampton, Priscilla Emery Garnett Brown Walker. Priscilla would pass on April 2, 2023, at the age of 100. You can see the dollhouse behind her in her picture at left.
Priscilla’s niece, Wanda Brower says about the dollhouse: "Priscilla did all the work herself on the dollhouse, ordering wallpaper, furniture, and other items from dollhouse miniature catalogues."

In 2015, Bill Keating and Karen Raynes interviewed the 92-year-old Ms. Walker. At that time, she was still living in her own home at 1 Emery Street in Hampton.
The dollhouses she had created throughout the years were visible in every room, but the 9-room dollhouse was the largest and most stunning of them all, now to be viewed in Tuck Hall at the Tuck Museum (shown at right with its lights on; this is a high resolution image, much larger than it appears on the screen. On a tablet or cellphone, pinch zoom to enlarge it. On a desktop computer, click the image to view it at full resolution; use your browser back button to return).
At the end of the interview this is what Priscilla wanted to share, a quote, "Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, and today is a gift, that is why they call it the present." Thank you to Priscilla for the present, your dollhouse treasure that is now available for all to view who visit the Tuck Museum.
